A 5-Minute Commercial-Break Challenge

Super Bowl Halftime doesn’t have to mean staying glued to the couch. This year, we’re calling a face-off. Grab your football-loving friends, split into teams, and see who can rack up the most points in this 5-minute, commercial-break movement challenge.

No equipment. No workout clothes required. Just bragging rights… and someone getting stuck with clean-up duty.

How It Works

  • 3 exercises
  • 60 seconds per exercise – complete as many reps or hold as long as possible with good form!
  • 15 seconds between movements to reset
  • 3 difficulty levels for each exercise so everyone can play — kids, parents, grandparents included
  • Score individual points + team bonus points

Let’s get into it.

  • Keep you feeling better long after the final whistle

So this Super Bowl, don’t just watch the halftime show — be part of it.

If you try the challenge, tag us. We love seeing who brought the heat 🏆🔥
